About This Project

When one thinks of Munich, usually BMW, Oktoberfest or the general Bavarian culture comes to mind. These are also what catches the attention and could be felt. But also not to forget, the impressive number of churches in the city.

My first destination was the city center Marienplatz. Here, you could grasp a first impression of the city and people — it is a very big but beautiful city square. From there I usually took the subway which I thought suited perfectly to Munich’s ambience. There are also countless museums that I could only heartily recommend to visit, such as the Pinakothek or BMW World.

My personal highlight was Schloss Neuschwanstein. There is quite a distance from Munich and one should consider booking an entire day for the visit.
